Shipping Process

We begin processing your order immediately after it is placed. Therefore, unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes once it has been confirmed. You will only be charged for the items that are actually shipped, along with shipping costs and applicable taxes.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Shipments are made only on business days. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Processing your order takes an average of 1 to 5 business days. Some items may take longer, particularly during peak periods or on holidays (up to 10 days), or if your order includes items that are currently out of stock due to high demand. Orders are shipped as soon as product availability is confirmed.

For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately and delivered on different dates due to our partners’ various production sites.

Deliveries

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is between 7 and 21 business days, depending on your country or region. No specific delivery date can be guaranteed.

Although we make every effort to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs procedures, postal inspections, holidays, extreme weather conditions, labor strikes, protests, or any other similar events. These situations may result in a delivery time longer than our initial estimate.

Customs Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees:

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and/or clearance fees, which are applied once the shipment arrives in the recipient’s country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these fees and are unable to predict their amount. If a shipment is refused and returned to us, the recipient will be responsible for paying customs duties, import taxes, and return shipping costs.

Warning Regarding Incorrect Shipping Addresses:

It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify that the shipping address provided is correct before confirming the order. Since we begin processing orders immediately, we are generally unable to modify an order or its shipping address after it has been confirmed.
